A workspace for repeatable work
Magai brings model switching, reusable agents and workspace memory into one interface. The useful distinction is continuity: a team can evaluate whether a brief, its working conversation and its reusable instructions remain understandable as work changes hands. That is a workflow advantage to test, not a guarantee that every model will interpret the same context identically.
Official documentationFinish and hand over the document
The pricing documentation lists a Canvas document editor with PDF and DOCX export. Before adopting it for client work, export a realistic deliverable with headings, tables and citations. Open the file in the application the recipient uses and check whether its layout, links and editability survive the handover.
Official documentationSeparate each client's context
Magai describes separate workspaces for clients or brands. For agency work, test that separation with harmless sample material first: create two projects with deliberately different instructions, invite a teammate and inspect what each person can see. Review access and sharing settings before adding confidential documents.
Official documentationWhat to evaluate
OUR EDITORIAL PERSPECTIVEStart with one actual brief and two model choices. Keep the source material and acceptance criteria fixed. Check whether switching models improves the final draft or simply produces different wording that still needs the same corrections.
Build one reusable instruction set for a recurring task, then try it on a second assignment. Look for old client details leaking into the new result, unclear ownership of shared material and instructions that only work with one model.
Budget for the whole job: research, drafting, image generation, revisions and export. The pricing table describes different usage amounts and extra capacity. Compare that cost with the time saved on a completed, reviewed deliverable.
Questions before you subscribe
- Does this plan include the exact premium models I need?
- How much allowance will this complete task consume, including revisions?
- Who can access shared chats, agents, files and workspace memory?
- Does the exported document work in my client's software?
Pricing & limits
The monthly plan table checked on 13 October 2026 listed Standard at $20, Pro at $40 and Ultra at $200. It describes usage budgets and paid top-ups, rather than unrestricted generation. The page's broad 'every model' wording conflicts with its Standard-versus-Premium model rows; confirm your required model before paying. Magai states there is no free trial and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. These are advertised terms, not an independently tested refund or checkout.
